• House “A”:
  • Heating demand:                   27 kWh/m2 annually
  • Airtightness:                           n50 = 0.49 1/h
  • Primary energy demand:    102 kWh/m2 annually
• House “B”:
  • Heating demand:                   27 kWh/m2 annually
  • Airtightness:                           n50 = 0.63 1/h
  • Primary energy demand:    108 kWh/m2 annually
