Sustainable society concept

Sustainable society concept is based on the preservation of the family unit and values. A family unit of 3-5 person inhabits a single family house (I. housing type), an unit of 2-3 person inhabits a row house (II. housing type) and an unit of 1-2 person inhabits an apartment (III. housing type). Each community consists of 4-8 single family houses, 6-12 row houses, 3-6 apartments (depending on the community size). The eco village consists of 8 communities.
