Architectural software for calculation of buildings in the standard “Passive House” and “Multi-Comfort House”
Architectural software for calculation of energy efficiency of buildings in the standard “Passive House” and concept “Multi-Comfort House”, product oriented to the insulation materials of Saint Gobain Isover.
The program includes choice of location, climate data and type of building; dynamical menu for entering the building components (solid and transparent) with areas; choice of architectural 2D details for “Passive house” for every element of the thermal envelope with Uvalues, from an interactive architectural animation (3D section of a house, which includes all types of possible joints and details), which is connected to a product oriented online database; confirmation of the airtightness and the lack of thermal bridges; calculation of the sunshading; calculation of energy efficiency and heat demand. The program is suitable for projects, looking for a higher level of energy-efficiency and can be used in the concept phase or pre-planning phase of an project.

Архитектурен софтуеър за калкулиране на сгради по стандарт “Пасивна Сграда” и Мулти-Комфортна Къща
Архитектурен софтуеър за калкулиране на енергийната ефективност на сгради по стандарт “Пасивна Къща” и концепция “Мулти-Комфортна Къща”, продуктово ориентиран към топлоизолационните материали на Сен Гобен Изовер.
Програмата включва избор на локация, климатични данни както и тип на сградата; динамично въвеждане на сградни компоненти (плътни и прозрачни) със съответните им площи; избор на архитектурни детайли и системи за “Пасивни сгради” за всеки отделен компонент на термалната обвивка със съответните стойности на топлопроводимост, от интерактивна анимация (3D разрез на къща, който включва всички възможни конструктивни връзки и различни детайли), която е свързана с продуктово ориентирана онлайн база данни; потвърждение за въздухонепроницаемост и липса на термомостове; изчисляване на слънцезащита и засенчване; калкулация за енергоефективност. Програмата е подходяща за работа при проекти, търсещи високи нива на енергийна ефективност – може да се използва още във фаза Идеен Проект и предпроектно проучване.
